• Payment confirmations via PayMongo
• Billing and invoicing information

Hause does not store full payment card details. Payment data is handled exclusively by licensed third-party payment processors.  

2.4 Device & Technical Data

• Device identifiers
• Operating system and version
• Application usage logs and diagnostics

2.5 Location Data

• Approximate or precise location (subject to user permissions)

2.6 Access Control & Security Data

• Digital key/passcode issuance
• Access timestamps and logs
• Entry and system interaction records

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Provision and operation of booking and accommodation services
• Identity verification and compliance with local regulations
• Generation and management of secure digital access credentials
• Transaction processing and payment reconciliation

All service providers are contractually obligated to safeguard personal data.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
